This hits me in my HEART because i knew Carrie on a personal level, we actually were in the same graduating class together. She LOVED Soccer and she had a smile that lit up the room. They MURDERED her over some fucking money man. I hope they catch the suspect very soon. She will FOREVER be missed and NEVER forgotten. RIP CARRIE THOMAS.
Investigators from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department stand at the scene of a slaying that happened in the parking lot of the Visterra Credit Union in Moreno Valley.
A Shakey’s Pizza manager described as family by the restaurant’s owner was killed in an apparent robbery at a Moreno Valley drive-thru automatic teller machine late Sunday.
Carrie Thomas, 23, of Moreno Valley died at 4:17 a.m. at Riverside County Regional Medical Center, where she was taken after the incident at the Visterra Credit Union branch on Cactus Avenue.
Thomas had worked for the past five or six years at the Shakey’s on Sunnymead Boulevard in Moreno Valley, said owner Harold Veum.
Police captured this image off an ATM where a Moreno Valley woman was robbed and killed late Sunday night.
He described her as being like family and “one of the best managers I ever had,” always arriving at work on time and calling in sick well in advance so a replacement could be found.“She was cheerful. She could make you laugh so hard,” Veum said. “She could come up with things that just bust your gut.”
Thomas was on the verge of moving into her own apartment, Veum said. “I think she was just getting the keys today.”
He said he spoke with her Sunday night after she closed the restaurant, which has around 40 employees. She was apparently going to the ATM to get money for herself, Veum said.
He added that it was a struggle to open the restaurant Monday. “You can imagine this many employees, just the tears and the hugs,” Veum said.
According to Thomas’ Facebook page, she studied at Riverside Community College and graduated from Vista Del Lago High School. She listed Miley Cyrus as among her favorite musicians.

“OFWGKTA.” What? Who? I said the same while i was on my makeshift “vacation”. I kept seeing these Odd letters and ignored them, but its hard to when you see #OFWGKTA up and down your Twitter timeline. So i did some questioning and research and i found out that “Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All” is definitely one of the next movements on the independent rise that you will hear out of people’s moths more than once.
