Album Review: Beyonce – “4”

With production from Diplo, Kanye West, The-Dream and Babyface, Beyonce Knowles might just have the R&B album of the Summer. She has been very quiet prior to this release and I can understand why after creating a masterpiece like this. The album isn’t due out until June 28th but it wasn’t long before i got my hands on it and gave it a full listen. Check out what i thought about it.

Hit the jump for the review of Beyonce’s new album 4.

Album Review: Tyler, The Creator – Goblin

By Joseph B.

“I’m fucking radical! Nigga, I’m fucking radical!”

At first glance, that’s definitely one word that comes to mind when describing  Tyler, The Creator of Odd Future. Unless you’ve been living under a fucking rock, you’ve at least heard some buzz about Tyler, The Creator, whether it be on MTV, some random Hip Hop blog, or even OF’s performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. DJ Premier’s Top 25 Albums Of 2010

Like every year DJ Premier presents to you his top 20 albums of a year on LiveFromHQ, also in 2009 he did that. But instead of top 20 it’s now top 25. Check out Premos top 25 of 2010:

I judge my list based on dope beats, dope rhymes, scratchin’ and cutting, creativity, uniqueness, originality, and overall packaging of the product’s integrity. I don’t care if you sold a million copies, that does not make it dope. I went through more than 60 LP’s released in ‘09 on major and indie labels over and over to get it as close as i possible could to being satisfied with the list so here it is along with the list.

Interesting list. Check it out after the jump.
